This award recognises a company whose core business is not pet-related however they are exemplary in championing animals. This could include a financial or in-kind contribution to animal welfare, animal-centric internal policies or other activities to support positive outcomes for animals.

Note: For example, a business who donates products or services to assist with animal rescue, a company that offers employees paid pet leave, or an office that goes above and beyond to fundraise for animal welfare.

Criteria

• Available to commercial businesses
• The business is registered and operates in Western Australia
• The act/contribution happened between 1 July 2022 to 30 July 2023
• The project/activity or organisation is in line with RSPCA Australia policy
