RSPCA WA, the state’s leading animal welfare charity dedicated to improving the lives of all animals, has an exciting full-time role responsible for the day-to-day oversight of RSPCA WA's Commercial Services and development, including fundraising, supporter relations and the dog training program.

About the Role

Sitting within the Community Engagement team, the Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies related to individual giving, managing the individual giving program and cultivating relationships with donors.

You will manage all campaigns and brief the marketing team so they can develop creative strategies that achieves targets in donor prospecting, donor acquisition, stewardship, and recognition, as well as supporting the identification and solicitation of major and planned gift prospects by stewarding top and high donors.

What you will need

As Campaign Coordinator you will need:

  • Marketing, Communications or Business degree qualification or equivalent hands-on marketing/engagement or business development experience.
  • Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with a successful track record in increasing donations and acquiring new donors.
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools specifically Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
