Join our virtual event to help fight animal cruelty in Western Australia!

Due to the great success of the event last year, Million Paws Walk: Walk This May is on again this year, and it's for anyone who loves animals to walk every day in May to raise money.

Who can participate in Walk This May?

All we're asking is to take your dog for a walk every day in May, and ask your friends, family and colleagues to donate money that will help to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need.

Don’t have dog? You can walk by yourself or with a friend and still help animals suffering from cruelty and neglect!

Does your cat like going for a walk? Great - you can walk your cat and raise money, too!

4 Easy steps to raising money for the animals

  1. Register for Million Paws Walk: Walk This May - it's free!
  2. Set up your Fundraising page on the MPW website
  3. Share your fundraising page with family and friends
  4. Join the RSPCA WA Walk This May Facebook group to follow activities

The money you raise will be used to help animals all over Western Australia. You'll help to:

  • keep animal welfare inspectors on the roads throughout WA to rescue animals from cruelty and neglect
  • provide shelter, love and care for animals recovering from their injuries
  • rehabilitate animals to overcome behaviour challenges as a result of their ordeals
  • give rescued animals the best chance to find a permanent loving home and a new life!

We’ve got a whole month of online and virtual activities planned, including the very popular VetWest Pet Parade, so make sure you join the RSPCA WA Walk This May Facebook group to see how you and everyone else is going.
