As a result, we no longer accept items for resale in these stores. Please consider donating your preloved clothing, homewares, books, CDs, DVDs and bric-a-brac to other charities who support animals in need. Please do not leave such items in our donations area as it costs us money to dispose of them correctly. Can we donate food? Royal Canin provides all the food for dogs and cats in the shelter and foster care. However, if you have food to donate, this can be used by Inspectors while they're on the road, helping animals and people who may need assistance to care for their pets. Donated food is also used in our Community Outreach programs and Community Action Days. Donated food should be new, un-opened and within the best-before or use-by date.
