A 44-year-old Broome man has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty and two of failing to comply with a direction from an inspector after RSPCA WA inspectors seized two emaciated dogs from his property in March.
A 40-year-old Redcliffe woman and her 38-year-old male partner have been fined a total of $11,000 and banned from owning animals for five years after RSPCA WA inspectors seized their underweight dogs.
