Before you book an appointment
Please note:
- Booking an appointment doesn’t place the animal you are interested in on hold.
- If the animal you have booked in to visit is adopted prior to your appointment, we will try our best to notify you before your appointment, but this is unlikely for same-day bookings.
- Check whether your preferred animal is available for adoption just prior to your appointment by searching for them here. If they’re still listed, they’re still available.
- If you are travelling a long distance, feel free to call our friendly team on (08) 9209 9323 to check your preferred animal’s status.
Make an appointment
Once you find an animal you’re interested in meeting, the next step is to meet your potential new companion in person.
You don’t usually need an appointment to meet an animal on Tuesday to Saturday during our opening hours. Simply drop-in anytime from 9am to 5pm on Tuesday to Friday or 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. On rare occasions when our shelter is over capacity, visits may switch to appointment only. On these occasions, we’ll publish this on our Instagram and Facebook stories.
Sundays are by appointment only. Complete the booking form below to book an appointment on a Sunday.
