In some cases, animals with particular medical or behavioural needs will be offered to suitable homes on a foster-to-adopt arrangement. This means that the animal needing a new home will be placed with a suitable family on a foster care arrangement, which will include assistance from RSPCA WA behaviour specialists and medical staff. Once the animal, and the family, are happy and settled, the formal adoption process will take place, transferring ownership to the new family. This Foster-to-Adopt arrangement is one way we can give animals the best chance possible of finding a permanent loving home.
In order to be a foster carer to adopt, your animals will need to be desexed and fully vaccinated. You will need to email a copy of their most recent vaccination certificates after you submit this form. Alternately, you could provide your vet’s name and contact details below. Please complete the following section for each pet that you have.
Once you hit ’Send" below, your application will be emailed to RSPCA WA’s foster care department and a copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you supplied above. A representative will be in touch with you shortly, once your application has been assessed. Your Privacy: Your privacy is important to us.
