RSPCA WA also works closely with the WA Parks & Wildlife Service, who have their own animal welfare inspectors with the same powers to investigate suspected offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2002. RSPCA WA does not have the specialist knowledge or facilities required to care for sick or injured wildlife.
