By hitting send to submit my application for RSPCA WA Membership, I declare the following to be true: 1. I am over 18 years of age and wish to become a member of RSPCA WA 2. I support the purposes of RSPCA WA and agree to comply with the company’s Constitution, including paying the guarantee under clause 4, if required. 3. I have not been convicted of an offence for cruelty to an animal in any jurisdiction in the past 10 years. 4. I understand my membership fee will be due immediately and on each subsequent 1 July, and my membership rights can be suspended if subscription is not paid within two months of the due date. 5. I understand that membership of RSPCA WA is not an automatic entitlement. I understand that membership applications are subject to approval by the RSPCA WA Board.
