Thank you for reaching out to us to help rehome your pet. Please complete the form below, providing as much detail as possible about you, your dog (or puppy), and your circumstances. The information you provide will help us to assess your application, and will also help in rehoming your dog, by providing information to their new owner. RSPCA WA offers a judgement-free service for pet surrender. However, at this time RSPCA WA does not have capacity to accept dog surrenders where they do not relate to a welfare matter. If an animal needs critical care/their welfare is compromised, please continue to submit a surrender request, this may be forwarded on to our Inspectorate team for assistance. Alternatively, you can also submit a request for assistance via our online cruelty report form. We will not be managing a waitlist at this time; this will be on a case-by-case basis. Once you submit your form, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your application further. (If you need to surrender more than one animal, please complete a separate form for each animal).
Once you submit this form, it will be sent to the Shelter team. Once they assess your application, they will contact you on the number you have provided above to discuss your application in further detail. This should take up to 5 business days. In the meantime, please contact your vet and request a medical history of your pet. They can either send it to you, or they can send it directly to [email protected]. Again, thank you for reaching out for help with your pet.
