I declare I have not been convicted of an offence for cruelty to an animal in any jurisdiction in the past 10 years; 3. I declare that I am 18 years of age or older; 4. I support the purposes of RSPCA WA; 5. I agree to comply with RSPCA WA’s Constitution, including paying the guarantee under clause 4, if required; 6. I understand my membership fee will be due on each subsequent 1 July, and my membership rights can be suspended if subscription is not paid within two months of the due date.
