Community Action Day for Cats & Dogs - Rockingham 2026

If you're experiencing financial hardship and finding it difficult to care for your pets, please come down to the Community Action Day in Rockingham on Monday 7 September 2026 at Rockingham Rams Football Club from 12PM-3PM. 

• Free health checks for dogs, puppies, cats and kittens
• Free dog and cat microchipping (*not available for litters or breeders) 
• Free flea and worming treatments for dogs and cats
• Free chain exchange - swap your choker collar for a humane flat collar, thanks to Rogz
• Free pet food for families in financial need
• Educational information about pet care and responsible pet ownership
• Dog training advice
• Free sausage sizzle (not available at all locations)

Please note: All dogs must remain on leads at all times. Please notify staff upon arrival if your dog is reactive. Unvaccinated or newly vaccinated puppies need to be carried. All cats must remain in the carrier.
