Give your puppy the best start in life with RSPCA WA’s Puppy Kindy course. Puppy Kindy is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for puppies to socialise, meet new people, and learn essential skills during their critical socialisation period (8-13 weeks of age), when their brains are most receptive to training. Lessons learned now will last a lifetime, so your puppy can sail through life as a happy, friendly and relaxed dog that can cope well with new experiences including meeting new dogs in the park or having visitors at home. You’ll also learn a lot too! We’ll teach you effective techniques using positive reinforcement to teach your puppy a marker word, basic obedience and cover common concerns such as toileting accidents, chewing and mouthing. Duration: 1-hour class per week, for 4 weeks. Cost: $150 for the 4-week course. Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion. Maximum 8 puppies per course* *Each puppy must have at least one adult with them each week. Spots are limited to 2 humans per puppy. Courses with less than 4 puppies booked will be postponed by a week, to allow time for more puppies to book and to reach the minimum number of 4 puppies per course.
