This year marks Volunteering Australia's 25th Anniversary of National Volunteer Week.

Quite simply, RSPCA WA could not function without our extraordinary volunteers, who devote not only their time but also their care and compassion for the abused and neglected animals that the Society is involved with each and every day.

Over the last 12 months, our volunteers have chalked up a staggering 8827 hours and that's just at Malaga! We have hundreds of amazing volunteers across the state who do countless hours and are making a difference in so many ways.

Thank you to our volunteers 2014To all of our volunteers helping in the following areas we thank you:

  • RSPCA Animal Care Centre
  • Foster carers
  • Auxiliaries (Friends of the RSPCA) across the state
  • Society stores
  • Education
  • Administration
  • Legal (Pro-bono lawyers)
  • Events; and
  • On the Board of RSPCA WA

To all the staff and supporters of RSPCA WA, we encourage you to make a special effort this week to thank not only our volunteers, but all volunteers who undertake valuable roles in our society.
