Corporate Officer About the Role We're looking for an organised and people-focused Corporate Officer to join our Community Engagement team and help grow support for animal welfare across Western Australia. Reporting to the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our corporate partnerships and philanthropy programs. Working with corporate partners, donors, grant providers and colleagues across the organisation, you'll help create positive supporter experiences while contributing to fundraising outcomes that make a real difference for animals in need. This is a part-time position (0.5 FTE) based on-site at our Malaga office. Key responsibilities In this varied and rewarding role, you'll help strengthen support for RSPCA WA through partnership engagement, fundraising initiatives, and supporter stewardship. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining positive relationships with corporate partners, donors and other supporters. Supporting fundraising, partnership and engagement activities across the organisation. Delivering high-quality supporter communications and stewardship activities. Assisting with the coordination of events and Corporate Support Days. Maintaining accurate records and reporting within our CRM system. Providing administrative support to help achieve fundraising and partnership objectives. About You You'll be a proactive and organised professional who enjoys building connections, delivering great service and contributing to meaningful outcomes. Essential 1-2 years’ experience in corporate partnerships, account/relationship management, marketing or a similar stakeholder focused role. Experience using CRM databases (Salesforce experience highly regarded). Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Desirable Experience in fundraising, donor management or the not-for-profit sector. Experience coordinating events or stakeholder engagement activities. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and show initiative. A current driver’s licence, police clearance, and full Australian working rights are required.
